My main role was fullstack developer but with strong responsibility on the frontend side, leading the growth team, onboarding new engineers and helping with intern's programs. We managed up to 4 projects per cycle under the Shape-Up methodology from Basecamp. Other responsibilities: provide engineering on-call support shifts.
Achievements
Built a Strapi 3.4 headless CMS layer for community-scoped marketing content on PostgreSQL with Cloudinary-backed uploads. Modeled five content types — Community, Amenities, Media Content, Media Type, and Latest Blog Posts — with draft-and-publish workflow, enabled the GraphQL plugin, and authored a custom GraphQL resolver (communityFind) plus a custom media-content service to query content scoped by community.
